You can order your repeat prescription by ticking the box of what you need and dropping it into the box on reception or by ordering through your chosen pharmacy. Unfortunately we are unable to take prescription requests over the telephone.
We are now using Electronic Prescribing which enables us to send your prescription electronically to the chemist of your choice. You simply have to go to the chemist you wish to use and sign up for the service, once this is done all you need to do is phone the chemist when you want your repeat prescription.
For housebound patients the pharmacies can arrange a pick up and drop off service, please speak to your chemist to arrange this.
Please remember to allow 48 hours for all repeat prescriptions and please do not order your medication more than 5 working days in advance as these requests will be rejected as being too early.
We are now able to offer an online service to enable you to book appointments, order repeat medication and view your medical records. You will need to call into the practice to request access to the online service and you will be given a sheet with your unique registration details.
Once you have registered with the service you can go online to order your repeat medication and if you are signed up for Electronic Prescribing with a chemist, once issued the prescription will go straight to the chemist so there would be no need to call into the practice to order or collect your prescriptions.
