Named Accountable GP
Last Updated: Friday, 01 December 2023Each GP surgery must allocate all patients a Named Accountable GP. This is also known as your Registered GP.
Your named GP will take overall responsibility for the delivery of your care.
Having a named GP does not stop you from seeing any other doctor in the practice.
Your named GP will not be available at all times and if your needs are urgent, you may need to speak to one of our other GPs.
If there is a preference which GP you have been assigned we will make efforts to accommodate this.
If you would like to know who your named GP is then please contact Reception at the practice.
All new patients will be registered with one of the Practice Partners. We assign your Registered GP depending on the month you register:
