Your Appointment

However you choose to contact us we may offer you a consultation:

  • By phone
  • Face to face at the surgery

Appointments by phone can be more flexible and often means the doctor or nurse can help you sooner.

We operate a telephone consultation first system. This means that you will not need to travel to the practice unless asked to do so.

We cannot give an exact time for a clinician to call you back.  Please let us know if there are certain times you will not be available to take our call.  We will try to contact you twice before asking you to make a new appointment on another day.
